After I started radiation for prostrate cancer I was constantly hit with diarrhea as well as liquid seeping from my colon. I discussed this with my doctor and he suggested I try Imodium. I had to go to several places around the immediate area as no one stocked the item. Once I located I found the small , 8 0z, bottle to be far more expensive that some of the pink stuff. Nevertheless I purchased and found that after two dozes (that being the maximum in 24 hours) the stuff really works. I have been very pleased and am using it as a maintenance until my next doctor visit. My diarrhea has completely stopped and the clear liquid draining is about 95% stopped. Great over the counter remedy.I was surprised how little availability there is even on the internet.

This is the best help on the market if you suffer occasionally from diarrhea or "travelers" diarrhea. It seems to help faster than the capsule since it's in a liquid form. Usually works within an hour to an hour and a half. Highly recommended, especially if traveling or on vacation.

I was very desperate to use a product that would give me relief from diarrhea which has caused me to reschedule many appointments. The customer reviews were encouraging so I decided to give it a try. I am very happy that I did because it worked very well. I initially took a dose the night before an appointment. I discussed using this product the evening before an appointment with my doctor and was given the o.k. The next day I used it again as needed and my problem was solved quickly. I plan to keep some on hand so I have purchased two more bottles.

I tend to suffer major bouts of diarrhea, and this works amazingly well. Not only does it work, but it works FAST! The pills work too, but unfortunately, they are much slower. The Liquid Imodium works almost instantly. It's a little more expensive per-dose than the pills, but worth it just for the quick relief.

I have tried other cheaper generic versions of Imodium, and they don't work quite as well for me for some reasons. So, this is the way to go.

While the Mint doesn't really taste very minty, it DOES cover up the nasty default taste of Imodium quite nicely.

As a Doctor, I was a little hesitant. I'm more of the all natural crazy organic type. With that said, I studied up on this product and asked a pediatric colleague of mine. While herbal remedies work well with mild cases, nothing can touch how well this works when it's a severe case. You'd only use this in moderation, so I felt safe giving this to my child. Especially with the pediatricians thumbs up.

It tastes better than Pepto (which makes me want to vomit.) and works better and quicker. Mind you it doesn't taste great but it isn't gag inducing. Sometimes when I drink too much I can't stop going to the bathroom. It's also great for going through the airport or long car trips as insurance that you don't have a spur of the moment "AH! I have to go right now!" moment.This fixes that. If anything it may work a little too well.
