Got several of these for my theater room. The color on these is a matte black finish and is different from the shiny black Leviton Decora wallplate covers I got at Home Depot. It's not a huge deal as you can't really notice the difference unless you are really looking for it but wish Leviton offered both in the same color - which I believe is not the case with my searching...

Exactly as described. I used this for a CAT5e cable that I ran to my living room. I used an Allen Tel RJ45 insert (AT55-09) which fit the faceplate perfectly. Most inserts should fit. The faceplate doesn't seem to scuff easy as I dropped it on tile flooring a few times by accident. I would recommend it!

Great product. I bought this brand in the brushed nickel for my house. I purchased these for my work. We needed new plates and couldn't find all the covers for data and phone lines in stores. With prime shipping, they arrived in the 2 business day time frame. They're all up and look great. Leviton has multiple options for the amount of data lines, so I appreciate the ease of finding what I needed. I would buy this brand again for both home and office.

I've got these and the decora ones. Personally I like these better since there are two less screws to turn and no worries about lining up the two panels. If you are putting CAT 5/6 plugs in, the fit seems better than on the decora.

Now if you are putting one right next to a decora socket or switch then use the decora, but otherwise I prefer these.

I've started buying only these even 4 ports if I only need a 2 port. Just buy a pack of caps and save room for expansion. My last 2 port turned into a 4 port quickly. Once you find out how easy it is you'll be wiring stuff everywhere.

Ordered this wallplate to use with the Leviton 5G108-RW5 Gigamax 5E Quickport Connector. The connectors fit just fine with this wallplate. Kinda tough to insert the connectors into each socket, but they are very snug and solid once locked into place. Also used the Carlon 1-Gang Non-Metallic Old Work Box from Home Depot so the wallplate could screw into it.

Despite the photo amazon is using these plates are truly "white" not cream or off white as they may appear on your screen. Easy to install and all the Leviton inserts I had (2 coaxial connectors, and 1 41106-RW6 telephone jack) fit just fine. Don't know how easy it would be to get them back out, but I'm not really planning to have to.

Note that this product has a matte finish. I overlooked this when I ordered it; otherwise I might have searched for one with a glossy finish. In my case I had no other brown covers to match, so it looks fine.

The product is great to mount the Quick Port connectors; very simple to snap them in. It also came with an extra set of mounting screws. I have used Leviton products in the past with great success.

Works well with Leviton keystone jacks. I have found that for my home networking, I prefer the QuickPort Decora Insert a little bit more, since the inserts look more like a typical Decora fixture. But these are cheaper, simple, and easy to use.
