AKA Levitron Model R52-PJ226-00W. This midway size is typical in current new home construction. Made well. You should pick up some Wall Plate / Wiring Device Electrical Spacers such as Amazon's Gardner Bender GSP-04 to allow for proper spacing fit on the Decora / Wall Timer Switch Outlet. The spacers will provide exact proper fit and you will not break the wall plate (although I can't imagine how you can break it anyway). I installed this product with the spacers for use with my Intermatic ST01 Self Adjusting White Wall Switch Timer. I am well satisfied with all.

This worked perfectly for me, as I needed a slightly larger cover plate. My 140 year old home has plaster walls, which do not provide for perfectly neat installation of electrical boxes. The smaller size covers don't always hide the opening in the wall. The midway size covers make installation of new switches/outlets/etc. very easy. Any DIYer should be buying these for any project you do as it reduces the need for precision and can cover up your mistakes. Pros can also benefit from these as time on the job can be reduced by eliminating the need for extreme precision in electrical box installations.

I typically use the "hard" plastic wall plates from Leviton - the ones that are quite firm and would crack rather than bend under some force, This one is flimsy flexible plastic. It normally would not matter, but it leads to an irregular appearance. I am used to being able to secure the switch up to the plate to line things up. In this situation it bends the plate at each switch. Used it for a fan countdown switch and that also bends it.

Works OK but seems a bit flimsy and doesn't look as good as the others in my house. The Leviton website calls the material thermoplastic nylon. It looks like Leviton 80421-W is thermoset, which I'm hoping is more sturdy like my old one. It costs about 50% more.

This switchplate does exactly what it's supposed to. Came with the required 6 screws. It's the newer plastic so it's not brittle like the really old ones. Fit perfectly. Cannot ask anymore from a switchplate.

This isn't a very complicated product, so there's not a lot to say.

I've bought a few of these, and they're great. Despite what one reviewer said, they are durable. Perhaps Leviton changed the manufacturing process since the last review.

The holes line up properly and there's enough room for adjustments. The "Decora" large hole has slightly more space than I'd like, but I'm not too worried about it.
