Like others have said this is a great product that does an excellent job of cleaning your sinuses. It works well, is small and easy to travel with, and doesn't cost much. I've been using it every day for about a year and have noticed a significant difference in how well I breathe and how often I get sick.

The one problem with Nasaline is that with daily use, it only lasts about 4-6 months. After that time the plunger becomes so hard to move that you really can't use it anymore. But the secret is that there's an easy, cheap fix to this.

If you look on the Nasaline syringe you'll notice that it says "Monoject" on the side. Monoject is a company that makes medical supplies, including these exact syringes. Rather than buying a new Nasaline unit every 4-6 months, you can buy the Monoject syringes very cheap from any medical supply site, pull the bulb off the end of the Nasaline unit, and attach it to the Monoject syringes. Since these syringes are identical to those used by the Nasaline unit, they work perfectly. The specific Monoject syringe you want is a 60mL catheter-tip syringe, part number 8881560141.

So overall this is a great product that works well but doesn't last too long. Luckily the replacement parts are cheap :)

This is a great product. It compares well with electric powered devices and is one fifth the price. It compares very favorably with the traditional netti pot, since it does not require unnatural tilting of the head; it creates a more powerful stream since it is not limited to gravity power; outflow water will not flow onto clothing since the users head can easily lean over the sink.

It is important when using this product to keep the mouth open and say ahhh to avoid putting pressure on the ears.

I use this product regularly since I purchased it. This product is the best value for the money.

Found this product excellent--easy to use and clean. Only drawback is that instructions say it has a limited life of a few months and should be replaced.

I was really afraid that it would feel like drowning to put water in your nose like this but I just relaxed and trusted the directions and it worked EXACTLY the way it was supposed to.

This is available on amazon (without the silicone tip) in pet supplies as a cheap monoject 60ml syringe for use as an animal feeder or in the medical section for catheter bags. I'm definitely not suggesting you buy it though unless you have a motherless animal to feed. I give this product one star for actual usefulness but five stars for creativity in repurposing feed store syringes for great financial profits. (I'm looking with new eyes at my front yard hose!)

The inventors appear to have simply added the silicone tip and patented it. But is using farm equipment/catheter/industrial type syringes with an added human friendly tip a good idea to flush an area of your body that might be filled with dangerous bacteria like staph and is right next to your brain, ears, eyes and teeth? It's a personal choice - but I suggest comparing this product to other methods.

Neti pots that use gravity to gently clean your sinuses might be safer because they don't hurt you if your sinuses are clogged and you try to use it. The water simply will not go through and it's not possible to force it through (possibly causing harm to your ears) with a plunger like this product. There is a reason that neti pots have been used safely for thousands of years (Himalayan Institute Ceramic Neti Pot). Also, electric motor driven irrigators control the water flow at a safe level (SinuPulse Elite Advanced Nasal Sinus Irrigation System). More pressure is not better when it comes to your sinuses. Be gentle with your body and healing will come.

This works great! I opted to do this rather than pay the $80 for a more expensive nasal irrigation system. Counter space in bathroom was primary motivator for ordering the Squip Nasaline System.

I have used a netipot on and off for a couple of decades. In the last five years I've used a netipot several times per week depending on need. However, the netipot was just not flushing the thick mucus out of my sinuses that is now accumulating. Felt I needed something that delivered the saline solution with more pressure. Felt like the sinus cavities were still full after netipot and the only mucus flushed out with netipot was the path of least resistance. The thick stuff just wouldn't budge.

I've had Nasaline for about a week now. Used it probably 6 times. I can say unequivocally that it is a huge improvement over a netipot. Netipot works on gravity while this actually allows you to push the saline solution into your sinuses flooding the cavity and pushing out the mucus. If you are comfortable using a netipot, you will be comfortable using this product.

A short history of my sinus issues: Bad allergies as a child, chronic sinusitis pretty much all of my life. Taken every OTC pill known to man plus a few prescription meds to keep sinuses clear. Steroids plus Afrin type meds up the nose all my life. Been dealing with a sinus issue since I can remember and here we are decades later. Last decade or so I quit using any and all spray medicines up nose and rarely pop pills to clear sinuses. Irrigation works best for me. Nasaline is a huge improvement over a netipot.
