This is a good fence/gate. I use it to divide an entire room in half (baby-proofed versus non-baby-proofed). It works well, is sturdy, and comes with brackets to mount it to the wall.

This play yard is a good buy, it is good quality, heavy and sound. We also purchased the extension kit, it would have been very small without that. It is large enough to get in with our son and he loves "cruising" around the edges holding on to the bars. No danger of him climbing out with the vertical bars. Overall, a good buy.
The only complaint I have is that the latch on the gate is a little difficult, requires both hands most of the time.

It looks great. It's solid. The only thing that keeps it from a 5 is the door, and even that isn't a reason not to buy it. Compare to the doorway sized baby gate the top latch is not as easy to use, and the door only opens one way.
