I bought this to replace the VHS Pilates tape that I have worn out. It turned out to be quite a bit different, but, as I had recently hurt my lower back, it was perfect. My chiropractor has encouraged me to continue, as the more I use it, the better my back becomes.
If you are looking for a challenge, don't get this version...but if you want to begin Pilates, it's the perfect place to start.
