I had to chat with a local networking tech to find out that all the setup steps are not included on the disk with the refurb router and the website wasn't much help either but the tech walked me thru the proper setup and the router works fine now.

I have several routers like U.S robotics,zixel,netgear&,,,,,,

This is a head of all of them.specially if you have a big house,this is for you,you can connect external antenna to this router too!

This wireless router came without any instructions. The set-up CD was a joke. It took two weeks and several calls to tech support before I was able to use the router. Seconds after it was purchased I emailed the company to cancel it and was then advised of several fees. I will never order from them again. Poor customer service.
