I love these gloves, They fit well and look good, I am wearing them all the time.
He loves them, and they fit as expected.
the wool starts to pile after a month of regular use and can sometimes feel itchy, but that's too be expected with wool.

About to order some of these for myself (I will update review when they arrive), but thought you all would like info on how to measure to order the right glove size for this maker. From their official website:

HANDWARE
Unisex
Small fits 7 - 7 1/2 inches
Medium fits 8 - 8 1/2 inches
Large fits 9 - 9 1/2 inches

Measure the circumference of the dominant hand around the palm, at the knuckles. Do not include the thumb. Also measure the hand length from the base of the palm to the end of the middle finger. Use the larger of the two measurements to select your glove size.

ETA: The gloves are excellent! They keep my hands and wrists very toasty. The only downsides: the wool can make my wrists itchy, and they are a bit thick to easily type with. Still, I keep them on because my office can get really cold, and typing with blue fingers is even harder! Also, they are made in Haiti, which is a deeply impoverished country - I think Fox River is doing a good thing by having them manufactured there. *Fox River also makes a lighter weight fingerless glove which has less wrist coverage, and these are easier to type with. I have both pairs, and change them depending on the A/C levels.

I chill very easily. I purchased these gloves at the beginning of December because my hands were getting cold to the point of hurting to use them, and I had school projects to do on the computer. A space heater worked for the most part, but with it on the floor near my feet it didn't help my hands much when it got really chilly. Once my hands got cold, I couldn't warm them up unless I ran them under hot water for a few minutes. This seriously damaged my productivity of course. We have plenty of regular gloves, but again, computer projects. I need the dexterity to type.

These fingerless gloves solved my problem completely. They were however, extremely tight, since I figured reviewers were exaggerating how small they were, and my hands are tiny. At first they cut off my circulation which only made things worse, but I stretched them out and had family members wear them and flex their hands to loosen it up. After that, they fit comfortably, albeit still snugly. Some people have commented on the itchiness, but as someone extremely sensitive to textures, the itchiness disappeared within the first few days. Either they broke in, or I got used to the sensation, or perhaps a combination. I couldn't wear them for three months straight if they weren't comfortable.

I have been wearing them all day every day (except days I misplaced them but I'd find by the next due to cold hand motivation) since obtaining them, so it has been a good three months of solid use. They've been washed a few times, and in one of the washes the elastic around the wristband pulled out of one glove slightly, but I tucked it in somewhat and it hasn't been damaged since. It just looks a little weird sometimes! I will include a picture of their current state to demonstrate their three-month wear and tear. [...

Over 10 years ago, a deceased friend gave me a nearly identical pair of gloves to wear on the days when I worked on a computer in a cold (55 - 60 degree) data center. I ordered these so I could keep the original gloves as a keepsake. The original gloves are still in excellent condition. The new gloves appear to be almost identical to the originals. They fit perfectly and allow me to work with warm hands. If I wear them with the fingers fully pushed through the holes, the part of the fingers past the knuckles of the fist is exposed. If the room is particularly cold I wear them so they cover all but the tips of the fingers past the final joints. In either case, all joints of the thumb are covered. These gloves are very flexible and do not bind. The wool is soft and I do not find it to be scratchy, but some people who have very sensitive skin or are expecting merino wool might disagree. When my hands get cold, the joints hurt. These gloves keep my hands warm and pain free. If you need to grasp smooth, glossy objects in the palm of your hand with the surface of the glove rather than the bare skin of your finger tips, I suggest you consider similar gloves with gripping rubber dots.

These gloves are great. I use them while I walk my dogs in cold weather. They weren't as scratchy as I thought they would be, and they keep my hands quite warm. It was a little adjustment to get used to them after mittens, but now my hands stay as warm as if they were completely covered.

I knocked the rating down one notch because they're starting to unravel a bit; there a couple of loose threads already, and I've only had them for about a month (I take them on and off at least 4 times a day). But all in all, these are really good gloves for the price. Eventually I'll just sew up the threads before it gets too bad.

(One last thing--I wear a size medium in women's rubber gloves, so I went with the medium in these. They are a little on the bulky side, but I'd rather have them bulky than too tight. On the other hand, they do stretch, so maybe it wouldn't have been so bad to get the smalls. Anyway, something to think about.)
