This Sage I have found SO SO many uses for: In chicken and turkey dishes, some of my Italian dishes and I even use it (just a small amount) in my homemade white sauce for the extra flavor. I receive many compliments where people want to know what my special ingredient is!

Since I am so pleased with this, I had to give it a rating, this is for the spice. However, I did purchase this at a local market, but so happy to see that it is offered on Amazon!
