I wasn't expecting a thick, glycerin, sweet raspberry flavoring so this product didn't meet my needs whatsoever. This is nothing like an extract. The flavor was strange and the texture did not work well for me.

I bought this raspberry flavoring to use with my Soda Stream as a cheaper alternative to La Croix. I was looking to make healthy, bubbly water with a hint of flavor and this perfectly does the job. I've been using a half teaspoon per pint and it's delicious--nice natural raspberry flavor. I definitely don't think it would be strong enough, however, if you wanted to do something like turn a vanilla milkshake into a raspberry milkshake or make raspberry chocolate cake or something like that. I mean it isn't like it's a substitute for real raspberries or raspberry jam, but it's perfect for lightly flavoring water and I'm sure would work just as well in cocktails.

I bought this to flavor plain yogurt, but it really does not add as much flavor as I would like. The non-alcoholic vanilla & lemon flavors are excellent & flavor the yogurt quite nicely. I probably won't order this flavor again. I will just stick with the vanilla & lemon flavoring & add my frozen raspberries as I have always done.
