These socks were a little pricey, but after wearing them I complain no more. Doctor recommended that I wear compression socks as often as possible , especially when flying and or traveling long distance in a car. I am less fatigued than if I had not wore them. Excellent quality and service from the supplier.

Even though these Travelsox compression socks are kind of expensive, they are worth the price. I bought quite a bunch of these socks to give as part of Christmas gifts to family members and some friends. I looked at the reaction of each person I gave these to, and they were all pleased with the socks. Right now as I'm typing, I'm wearing these socks. I wore them to work today. These socks are comfortable to wear, and it's a bonus that you can have extra circulation flowing through your legs while sitting and walking around work all day. My sister and I have traveled long distance by car a lot, especially last year and this year. And I wish we had these socks then. Now we do! When my family and I would fly in an airplane, we would walk around the plane during some breaks. These socks would have been useful then. So, for anyone who travels a lot, these socks are beneficial. For those who need a little more energy in their legs at work, these socks help. For those who have circulation, peripheral neuropathy, and some medical issues, these socks can help ease or reduce the pain, even if it's a little, it's better than nothing. Usually during Christmas time, people receive the typical Christmas-themed holiday "normal" socks. Why not go above the typical or routine expectations, and surprise your family, friends, co-workers, acquaintances with some beneficial, therapeutic socks such as the Travelsox compression socks? These socks won't be put to waste for sure!

I was flying from Texas to the UAE and my total travel time was scheduled for 30 hours. I got these socks because a trip to Africa last year resulted in swollen ankles for several days. No swelling with these socks. Warning - they are a little thick so unless you normally wear heavy socks, these won't fit with your shoes.

I wear these socks when I fly long distances.
they do a fine job and I do think they work...now the big but.
I cannot afford to use them as the heel and toe are starting to wear out in less than
5 washings...all 5 pairs I purchased.
If you look at the construction you can see the lower part is very light and the upper
is well built.looking for other alternatives? Shame I like them.
