Absolutely incredible results for my digestion! Within 2 days I saw a remarkable difference. I warm up R.W. Knudsens organic apple juice on the stove top, then grind them up in a coffee grinder and add both to a cup. Creates a really delicious oat meal like product! I look forward to it every morning. Its a must grab for sure!

A 4 Star rating to date only because, I have not used the product long enough to consider a 5 star rating. However, I am pleased so far with the results I have felt. I purchased based on positive reviews of previous users and I agree with them what CHIA does for your digestive system. It is not a miracle plant but it does help your sytem in a suttle way with out being harsh or annoying. I have noticed I am not as hungry and I have more energy. So far, it is all positive.
