Came packaged and labeled as Piano Wire. Seemed very thick and strong, but I was not really able to test it because it wasn't the right type of wire for what I was trying to do, which is entirely my fault and not the product. This wire is very stiff and I had to try very hard to get it to bend into a 0.5 inch radius loop with pliers. I am sure it could hold anything I threw at it.

This item is as described. It comes in a neat little box, but once you open it you have to watch out that it doesn't uncoil and go all over the place. I wasn't sure of the size that I needed, and this actually turned out to be a bit too thick to cut without needing special shears, scissors, etc. But it is as described.

I purchased this wire for a project... The shipping was extremely fast and arrived within a day or two. The wire was okay, it was strong, but it lacked resilience a bit. I would form the wire and placed it under tension, it would loose about 60% of it's strength after a short while (1-2) hours. I would check for other carbon composite wires and test them out at a later date. This wire will do okay for very light or simple applications.

I bought this for making an ultralight Yagi antenna. It's a little tough to straighten out, but that's because it holds its shape well. Lengths of around 2 feet have very little flex when holding them horizontally. Perfect for my purpose.

This wire works great for hanging pictures and has an ungodly strong tensile strength. I used it to hang a 4' long antique mirror that weighed a ton and it held up no problem. The wire is strong but also easy to bend and work with.

The wire is a little large for what I need, but it is very good quality at a good price. The Problem is that it is no where near the amount listed. The ad listed it as being 144 feet. The amount that was sent to me was more like 35 feet. I would have given this a couple more stars except for this large discrepancy
