Cool idea, July 3, 2008
The idea is awesome, I really enjoy it, but as it is stated in the manual and product description, it is not truly solar powered headset, the power from solar cell enough to feed the headset in standby mode only, but still, that is the first headset with solar battery!
As of sound quality, it is pretty good when you position it correctly, and that could be tricky at first, I can't imagine how it an hold without ear hook, but once I played with it and adjusted it that way so the earplug is always in contact with my ear, it works great.

Little ear loop broke off a week into use! Poor call quality, July 9, 2008
California people: you are no doubt in the market for a Bluetooth headset.
I am here to tell you why the Iqua Sun 603 is not your top choice.
Guess what happened less than two weeks after I started using the device? The little ear loop broke. Now you try fiddling with the headset at 80mph, to keep it in your ear--maybe my head is too big, but that sucker just doesn't want to stay in without the loop!
What kind of an ear loop breaks after ten days? So you start to realize that your whole ability to take calls in the car depends on a little piece of plastic that "comes with" the device.
Fine, if the loops wear out, I'll just buy a new one. Guess what? They don't sell them. Apparently, everyone else's earloops last forever.
So now I'm faced with having to call their 1-800-we-don't-care and press 1 for India, press 2 for Kazakhstan. What a colossal waste of time.
Also, Iqua, boo for not including noise-canceling technology on this little guy. Lots of "what did you say?" questions on the 603.
Also, what's with the huge thing that sticks in your ear? Iqua, why didn't you go with the little ridge that sits next to your ear canal, like the Jawbone?
Finally, the solar charger doesn't work so well. Plenty of times, the 603's battery died. Think about it--do I want to leave the 603 out on my car seat to charge, so someone walking by can steal it?
So I thought I was being so cool by getting this little device, but turns out the joke's on me.
As they say in California, "Bummer, dude."
