The K850 brings even more true camera functionality to the world of cameraphones. The new 5 megapixel auto-focus camera has a real xenon flash and a lens cover that automatically retracts when the camera is activated with the dedicated shutter button. Another camera related boon is the QVGA resolution, 30 frame per second video clip recording capability. Like most of the current Sony Ericsson devices, the K850 supports stereo music playback and ships with a wired stereo headset. MP3 and other formats of music files can be stored in the 40MB of internal memory or in an external memory card. Amazingly, the K850 supports both Memory Stick Micro (M2) cards as well as the industry standard microSD memory cards. This should make a lot of people happy.

Just got it. And these are the problems:
-Keypad buttons are too hard to press, i have a sore on my thumb already.
-Equalizer settings on MP3 player go to
default each time I start the application.
Very annoying!
-No capability to work with files like on
W810i before. Files have very limited
options to assign.
-Flash in the camera sometimes goes weak, so the pictures are very dark.
Other than that the phone is good, i like the sensor buttons on the bottom of the screen. But i need to get rid of it. Unless they release the firmware that will correct all the bugs. I think i can leave with the sore on my thumb, women might find it a trait of masculanity. Lol.

Bought this phone from Flashiso via Amazon. I wanted the blue but I received the green model. Great photos, full frame video lots of extras for the price. The phone MSS and Internet had to be unlocked by Sony though, in order to use it on AT&T. Touch screen works well but not as multi-functional as the Iphone. Make sure you get a case and the 4Gb micro card for extra files.

I am glad I purchased the K850i over a year ago. The cell phone works great and I really love the camera. It takes great outdoor pictures. The indoor pictures are great as long as the area is well lite. The pictures I took at a concert came out too dark. This is the best camera phone I have come across so far.
