I found that this product works great on new stains. But on ones that are old, they only work part of the time. The older the stains, the harder it is to get out.

Our cat had a urinary tract infection and peed everywhere. Once the infection cleared, she kept doing it (out of spite, I think). I dosed the carpet and the tile with Urine Gone and the house smells great now. It's been 24 hours and she hasn't made a puddle.

There is a refill kit available without buying the black light again and again at "the official Urine gone website"

I really liked that the black light came with this. However, you have to get the black light everytime you buy the product.

The stains do come out, but for really bad ones you really have to put a great deal of the product on it so it will soak in. It takes no time at all to use the entire bottle on just a few areas. I wish that this package came with a refill or an option to buy an additional bottle w/out the blacklight.

I tried this stuff, followed the directions, didn't seem to work at all. What Really worked was Urine off. That stuff worked wonders.

I bought the black light and spray bottle of Urine Gone. I crawled all over the house with the light, you have to hold it very close to the surface for it to work, and found all the spray marks--so much easier than sniffing at everything!. The spray worked very well too--it does smell unpleasant until the next day--but not nearly as unpleasant as CAT SPRAY. It works so much better than anything else I've found. It was only the odor that caused me to give it less than 5 stars. Use this and then Feliway comfort zone and spray and you can , with much diligence and expense, get rid of that dreadful smell.

I wish I would have purchased this product sooner. The black light is pretty much useless, hey but my kids like them. With two dogs and 4 cats you are going to have accidents and I could never find anything that worked that well. I have now. Within an hour the smell had faded so much, and by the next day it was gone. I have never purchased anything "AS SEEN ON TV". I waited until I saw this in Walmart but I still put if off since twenty bucks is twenty bucks. Well I am a believer. Try it you will love it.

I think cat pee is the most evil substance on this planet. I believe we could crop dust our enemies with it and avoid war completely- they'd have to submit! It's awful stuff, and if you have dealt with it in your world, you know what I mean.

Washing, sun, time, perfume, even that other stuff that everyone says works because it smells like citrus, don't come near Urine Gone.

Urine Gone doesn't smell quite as good, in fact it smells kind of weird- not bad, just weird- when you spray it on, but WHOA. Once it dries fully in a few days, the smell is GONE. Like, nose-to-carpet can't detect it, gone. Helps when you use it with the black light, to find ALL of the stuff.

Use it, you'll see.

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and have used numerous enzyme products for urine removal and I must say I was impressed by Urine Gone. Not only was it good for new stains, but a couple of old stains we had were actually removed quite quickly with this product. The black light that came with it is kinda useless as it is so small that you have to be right on top of the area to see a stain but the product itself is pretty good.
