The most famous event to happen along the great Mississippi river was a race between the Robert E. Lee and the Natchez. The Lee was the winner. This famous event was recorded in song and story and became part of the tradition of the old Mississippi......................This magnificently scaled plastic model kit includes two free turning paddle wheels and a steerable rudder. Also included are accurately scaled booms and gangplanks, wheelhouse, smokestacks, woodpiles, lifeboat and many more interesting detailed parts.
