I loved these at first, and put our wedding proofs in them. But now they are falling apart. I store the albums standing up next to each other with nothing leaning on them. We have only pulled them out a small number of times in the last two years, so this is NOT from wear and tear. Very poor quality.

It was hard for me to find a wedding album. I bought this one and it worked great. I used the white pages that it came with, to put half letter and letter size pictures (pictures from the studio and the outdoor location). You need to buy picture corners or tape to hold pictures in place, as it is a scrapbook, not an album. But, the nice thing is that I could also inserted my wedding invitation and the wording for the religious ceremony.

For my 5x7in secuence pictures (ceremonies and reception), I bought C-Line 52572 Clear photo holders for four 5 x 7 photos, 3-hole punched, 11-1/4 x 8-1/2, 50/bx and inserted it in this album The combination was great. I had a lot of pictures, so I had to buy 2 albums.

All pictures are protected and organized. This way is easy to pass them around in parties to family and friends.

This album is very classy and elegant. I love the picture window in the front, and especially the side bars that make it a box rather than a binder, so you can be sure nothing falls out or gets dusty. Some downsides are: If you have more material than this album can fit, you cannot close it right (you can tie it with the ribbon, but the ribbon will start tearing out of the front cover) - whereas a binder would just expand. It's also very easy to leave smudges on the front cover. However, overall I still really like this scrapbook and would buy it again.

I love the concept of this album and can't think of a better one for what I'm doing; HOWEVER, I really wish I had known that it is not as fancy as it appears. I bought it from JoAnn's with a 50% off coupon, so it was a little cheaper than it is here and I don't regret the purchase. I did think I was splurging on what JoAnn's had listed as a $35.00 scrapbook, though, and expected a bit better quality. Mine has the sewn lines crooked, and the leather on the inside of the box doesn't come together fully, revealing the unsightly cardboard interior. No big deal, really...I just expected better. What bothered me the most is extremely nerdy of me, but I happen to love D-ring binders because they are mounted on the back cover of a binder, making the pages stack perfectly and unharmed/unrolled when the binder is closed. I really don't like how pages get all smushed in regular binders, and typical post-bound scrapbooks eliminate this problem as well. BUT this binder has the rings mounted on the binding (I mean the skinny side of the binder), thereby defeating the purpose of the D-ring binders, and when I opened up my box the pages were already all curled around the rings. I'm keeping it, and I'm sure I'll love the end product, but I wish I had expected it as it is.

This album book is a must have for scrapbookers! I presented it as a gift to my mother, and she absolutely loved the presentation. I plan on buying a few more to keep for my next scrapbook projects. The album provides great protection for your work and very chic with the tie on the side. I placed at least 45 sheets in the album!

This Pioneer scrapbook is the epitome of praticality. It's got it all:

- Lots of space
- Sturdy sheet protectors
- Rings, so you can reposition pages as needed and add regular-size sheets
- Box format that doesn't fall apart, is easy to carry, stays closed
- Great quality
- Many of color choices
- Reasonable price

I buy one every year and use it to make a scrapbook for my son that includes photographs, pictures of his artwork, birthday letters, etc.
Why stop after the baby book? Every year deserves its own book, and the Pioneer scrapbook makes it really easy.

The only cons...really heavy once it's full. I can't picture us moving anytime soon!
