Doesn't cut it...or I should say, knives really cut into it. After two uses, I had to throw it away. It was pretty deeply cut by ordinary dicing of an onion! They call it a cutting board, but no, at least the one I got, is pretty sorry for that task. Plus, it arrived bent with one 2" raised corner.
