I bought this for my 2000 Subaru OBW. The problem is that the inner cage is PLASTIC. The first one broke, but I got the second one in... used a 10 ton press. I just do not see this lasting very long with plastic components on a 1 and half ton vehicle.

The bearing retainer is plastic... It melted. I know because when it started to squeak in like 500 miles and 35 days on it. I pulled it apart to find that the plastic bearing retainer; had melted themselves to the new seals. This company is lucky that I caught it before the wheel fell off going down the highway, because if it had i would be suing them for the value of my car + any bodily injury. Do your self a favour don't make the mistake that I did and by bearing with a name brand Timken, national, skf, gmb ect... Is the Death of your self or a family member really worth saving 20 bucks. Amazon said I had missed the return window by 15 days if I could give amazon & the seller -10 stars on this order I would.

Fit the application it was ordered for and had no obvious issues. I think that's all you can hope for. If you have trouble getting your old wheel bearing race out, heat it up with a torch. A lot. Like until a part of it is glowing red. Let it cool and it'll come right out.
