I bought this on a whim; my wife has really bad ears and mine aren't that great. No products we had tried before ever worked (including some prescription), but I like Similasan's eye drops so I thought I would give this a try. This is the first wax remover I have ever used that actually worked, it started cleaning them out on the first treatment after a couple more my ears were complete cleared as are my wife's. The best part is, its homeopathic, which means I don't have some poison still in my ears like the garbage produced by the pharmaceutical industry (which again doesn't work). Try it you might like it!

Yesterday I experienced ear-pain so profound that it awoke me from my sleep. Thankfully I had this product and dropped a few drops in the ear and waited for the relief. Sure enough - 15 min later the pain was bearable - and I woke up today with no ear pain.

It works. It's ear drops - I don't know much else to say. It doesn't take anything very fancy to loosen wax from your ears; you really can do it with inexpensive home recipes using mineral oil, glycerin, peroxide etc., but I much prefer this for the convenience since it's premixed and in a dropper.

I have always had "bad ears" that seem to get clogged up at the smallest cold, and I wish I had started using ear drops at home sooner!

I personally have never had any discomfort. If anything, I would say they actually feel sort of good when you are used to that "I'll go crazy if I can't get my ears cleared out" feeling. And if your ears are really bad, you may actually be able to hear better immediately afterward. The first time I ever got my ears cleaned after a very bad cold (by a physician) I was amazed by how much my hearing had been affected. I didn't even notice until they were "fixed." Magic!

I used these drops on myself before using them for my infant daughter. I did have some wax drainage on myself. My daughter was 6 months old when the doctor told me she had wax build up in one of her ears. I used these drops for 2-3 days at a time on 3 separate occassion. I have allergies and as a result of that I have heavy wax build-up in my ears. A have tried other ear wax remover solutions and kits with the bulb and nothing has worked as well for me as this product. Occasionally, I will wait to long to use it and the build-up will get so heavy I will have to use this in conjunction with using an ear bulb and rinsing with warm water. In instances like this I simply apply the Similasan ear wax remover and let it soak for 10-15 minutes then rinse with warm water.
