I have several Sentry Safe products, one just like this one except when I bought it I knew I was getting a white one, I ordered this one in black and it must have been bleached on the way to the shipping box due to its resemblance to the 1170 I purchased so many years ago. I also have two Fire and Water Safe boxes that have a benefit that I will hopefully never need, but Fire Safe for 1/2 an hour should be good enough for this particular box's use. The short story is great fire box for files or other and not too pricey.

It was not black. This is the second time I've ordered something and it was not as it was portrayed. I looked at my list of items to leave feedback on and its not even listed (Did they know they messed up and don't want me to leave feedback?). I'm starting to distrust Amazon. I don't drive and I would hate cart this huge, somewhat heavy box downtown to the post office so I can exchanged it for something Amazon goofed up on, aside from that, more waiting for it to be shipped back and then the correct one sent out.
