this does everything it is supposed to do! Once you get used to the software, all functions are smooth. I use the kit to record phone calls all the time. No, I can't use it agaisnt them, but i have major memory problems due to siezures. I go back and take notes. the index feature is huge! as the conf call goes from one subject to another I hit the button for note taking later.
