I love this product and add a scoop to my berry smoothie every morning. I cannot believe the difference in regularity and - at the risk of providing too much info - have 2-3 effortless large movements a day. There is no gas, no bloating, no side effects, and the taste is not obnoxious at all. It is possible to mix this in a glass of plain water and get it down with no icky aftertaste.

This is a wonderful supplement for people who are eating the Paleo diet i.e. no grains, just meat, fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds.

This product is great for me. I have tried GOL's other fiber products and although they prove to be useful and assist in what I am aiming for, this one is the most effective for elimination. The taste out of all of them is the most neutral in my opinion. Their Beyond Fiber is a little too much like some sort of cinnamon flavor that overpowers whatever I am drinking with it. The raw fiber just puts me in couchlock until the intestines finally give in. This one doesn't make me feel bloated, but leaves me full unlike the others.

Prior to using Garden of Life my stool movements were irregular in schedule and consistency. Now, thanks to Garden of Life Organic DetoxiFiber, I pass stool with the punctuality of the German mass transit system, and it's a complete cleansing every day after my morning cup o' joe. In fact, the other day a coworker of mine claimed to have taken the largest stool movement of his life, and proceeded to parade pictures of it on his phone around the office. Thanks to Garden of Life DetoxiFiber, I was able to confidently explain that he had nothing to be proud of, and after finishing my morning cup o' joe, I proceeded to shame him with the sheer volume of refuse that exited my body. Thank you Garden of Life. There really is no product on the marketplace that can compare to your amazing product.

It is such a relief to find a product that is healthy and works great! I did not like psyllium products as they sometimes caused cramping so tried this instead. This product worked great and was gentle on my body. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the taste is not great and it doesn't mix that easily with a spoon. However, I was able to drink down a glass of it with water. Liked it better in juice, and if you use a blender it will mix completely. I've been experimenting and adding a LITTLE (not a full scoop) to omelets, turkey chili, and other foods and it was okay - almost unnoticeable except it did change the consistency slightly in the chili making the sauce taste a LITTLE slippery. I like that this product is lower in carbs than others I compared. It has 6 carbs for one scoop and 5 grams of fiber. (4 grams insoluble fiber and 1 gram of soluble fiber) It is gluten-free, dairy free, GMO-free, and has only 25 calories. The label says it has 1 gram of fat and is not a significant source of saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sugars, or calcium. It is vegan, removes toxins from the body and the ingredients are: organic flax seed, organic pea hull fiber, organic alfalfa whole leaf, organic barley whole leaf, and chia seed.

I have now finished my first bottle of Organic Daily Fiber. I recommend this product for the following reasons: it mixes well w/water, it tastes good & it definitely improves digestion. I usually do not get enough fiber and this is an easy way to supplement. I highly recommend it.

Great way to keep things moving with clean, organic fiber ingredients. Garden of Life is such a high integrity company, I have used and do use many of their products. I switch this out with their SuperSeed Beyond Fiber in my smoothies. I like this because as I am detoxing from chronic fatigue and lyme disease, this takes out toxins and keeps them from recycling and reabsorbing into my system. Its easy to take with just a scoop stirred into a small glass of water. There is so flavor so it can be added to other things as well to get your fiber in each day. Cheers!
