I have a deviated septum and these help me breathe much easier through my nose while sleeping so I don't mouth breathe as much...which also helps with a mild breathing problem. They stick well too. But I can't use them too many nights in a row without taking a break as they will cause my skin to break out in that area. Considering trying the ones for sensitive skin.
