I really think this stuff tastes great....I've seen other reviews saying it tastes like garbage or is too clumpy...dunno what theyre talking about. I always mix it with skim milk and just mix it with a fork or spoon. It's available for like 12-15 bucks at Wal mart. I'd recommend trying it

Our family uses this product regularly, and our report after a year is good to great results. The key to this is using about 10-12 ice cubes, 6-8 oz. milk, a heaping scoop of the mix. We use a Magic Bullet, and it is so fast and easy, but you can use a blender. The ice makes it seem like a milkshake or frosty.

We've tried more expensive mixes, but with no discernible difference in recovery time or strength gain. This drink has become motivation for us as we as a family work hard to be more fit.

I personally think that this stuff tastes horrible...especially if you try to mix it only with water. When I'm able to, I mix it with soy milk and can tolerate it a little better. With just water, it can be an ordeal to drink the whole cup.

I recommend adding some cocoa powder or Slimfast to improve the taste.

You absolutely need to have a blender to mix this powder. I've tried mixing with just a spoon and there were always lots of clumps. I've tried using a shaker and shaking vigorously for a minute or more--still got clumps. The blender is the only way to not end up with a clumpy shake.

On a positive note, if you can ignore the taste, it has great protein content and is an excellent value. I always feel good after drinking it and it is really good for muscle recovery.
