I am amazed that these innersoles do exactly what they claim to do!I plan to order at least two more pairs to be able to use them in shoes other than my boots. If you live or work in a place where your feet are always cold, you MUST buy these! I am not sure about the claim that by using them your feet will stay at a constant 72 degrees even in the summer - not sure of the fashion statement or need with sandals - but with winter fashions these innersoles are wonderful! Hooray for NASA technology!

My husband's feet were always cold in the winter, I thought that I would purchase these and give them a try. They are great; his feet are warm regardless of the weather. Just be careful how closely you trim them.
