Battery fits in the compartment fine and takes a charge well. My girls drove around for over an hour and the battery is still going strong on the first charge.

These batteries are not hard to find at all. If you can't find it call the company and they will refer you to a replacement or another brand. I haven't had any trouble finding any fisher price power wheels batteries. He's just trying to make you think that. Walmart and Batteries Plus carries them and if they don't they can put the connection on one of their brands which will work just as well.

Not true about batteries, very easy to find!

First the product/Battery not delivered to our door, even i am having Prime membership for the fast shipping but the amazon is not asking the signature service to FEDEX, so they dropped it to a home across and luckily they gave it to us. apart from that shipping issue we got surprised as we ordered green one but got a brown/red one but they gave some pin adapter to fit it in our daughter car and it works perfectly, no need to charge it first time when you get it, thats really good as our kids just enjoyed and our little boy just smashing every table and things on the kitchen with the car.
