For those of you interested, i found, ordered, and received the VW-VH04K adapter kit needed to use the VW-VBG260 battery. I ordered the kit from [...] in Florida.Just put VW-VH04K in the search box and it will take you right to the page.I recently bought the Panasonic SDR-H60P and then ordered the 3 hour battery, only to be stuck like others have.I found the adapter at about 3 places, ranging in price from the high 70's to mid 90's,i settled on beachaudio since one site didn't take Amex.Good luck.

You need the Panasonic VW-VH04-K Battery Pack Holder Kit to use this battery, and it's superhard to find--I tried a half-dozen places online, and no luck--I called Panasonic and they were all apologetic, but guess what? THEY DON'T HAVE ANY OF 'EM, AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN THEY WILL HAVE ANY OF 'EM. Miserable support for this camera.

I just received a Panasonic SDR-H40P/PC camcorder. I finally found on page 118 that the VW-VH04 IS necessary to charge these batteries (260 or the 6). So at present I am limited to getting an extra battery that only lasts an hour and a half. Not very long for a cheerleading competition of my granddaughter's.
