Product Description

Warrior Poet Dennis Fritzinger speaks with wit and wisdom giving voice to the voiceless - great and small - in this brilliant collections of poems written from the critters' point of view to show us humans how our careless actions may be devastating to their world...which is ultimately our world. This book is an environmental must read that will move you to laughter and tears and... in the end changed to move to action to protect this our shared earth.

5.0 out of 5 stars love of the wild, January 26, 2008
By Stephen Toth (Hawthorne CA USA) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
Dennis Fritzinger is a poet who has spent a lot of time in the wild. Although his love of nature is at the bottom of each work, each seems to come from its own direction & distinctive voice. I've read the book through twice & it felt like I was exploring some new wild place each time. These are poems you will want to return to like a favorite place. Dennis says on the back of the book that he feels like the planet is transmitting the poetry to him & I believe it. Only someone who has listened more than talked can write like this.
