I am not sure why the previous reviewer 'David' had a problem with these. These have enough adhesion to prevent shifting plus a waterproof bottom that resist leaks and an organic cotton cover. They do need to be thicker like the Natracare 'Natural' pads. I opted for this one because Natracare Natural does not have much adhesive and they do shift quite a bit though they are the thickest. Wish Natracare could morph these two products into one.

I would rate this 5 stars, if not for the adhesive. There is not enough to do the job of getting the pad to stick in the underwear. So anytime you go to the bathroom, the pad pretty much falls out. And when you aren't going to the bathroom, the pad is constantly shifting. All in all, this company went to such trouble to make an environmentally conscious sanitary napkin, yet because the "glue" that they use is completely ineffective, the pad is useless, and a sad waste of effort. So what I did, because natural is important to me, is just use scotch tape on the bottom...made those little "loops" with the tape, and now the pad stays in place. It is extra effort and extra money for the tape, but like I said, natural is important to me. Still, I wish someone would tell the company about this. Maybe I will.... :-)

I am all about all natural... plus, I've been suffering from BV and yeast infections and read to use all natural pads. I bought a case of these and was about to buy the ultra long ones, except every time I use the toilet, these pads just come right off. The adhesive seems only to be on the ends and the wings are useless.

It's a shame because I really was glad to have found this product, but I don't recommend it.

These Super Plus pads are so thin, like panty liners. I like the Super pads, but need more thickness so I thought the Super Plus would be perfect. They are thinner than the Super pads. Strange.

Wanted an earth friendly, chlorine free pad and thought this would fit the bill. Unfortunately, the pad doesn't stay put long enough to really get a sense of how well it works! I'm not sure what it used for adhesive, but it is not strong enough, and now these sit in the closet unused.
