"WONDERFULLY SICK AND DEMENTED! A Shining Example Of Outrageous Psychosexual Perversity!"

Product Description

Contains Both the Uncut, Uncensored International Version and the Alternate American Version!

Criminal psychologist Dr. Herbert Lyutak (Mickey Hargitay of BLOODY PIT OF HORROR and THE WILD, WILD WORLD OF JAYNE MANSFIELD) is a deranged sex maniac who murders young women. His beautiful wife (the luscious Rita Calderoni of NUDE FOR SATAN and THE REINCARNATION OF ISABEL) is tormented by visions of medieval torture and lesbian orgies. But as their madness grows more twisted, they will descend even deeper into a nightmare of dementia, depravity and most of all, DELIRIUM!

You have never seen anything like DELIRIUM. Written and directed by the notorious Renato Polselli (under the pseudonym Ralph Brown), this disc contains both the Italian and U.S. versions of the film, which each feature radically different subplots and endings as well as additional scenes of sleazy sex and extreme violence. Both versions of this astonishing 1972 oddity are now proudly presented together - totally uncut and uncensored - for your viewing pleasure!

A strange curiosity that became a Cult movie for seventies italian gialli fans.
Very hard to see in France. A must for Rita Calderoni fans.

4.0 out of 5 stars WHEW!!!!, January 30, 2009

Didn't know what to expect from this. It turned out to be a great little movie. Some of the dialogue was a bit hokie, but that is okay. There were some surprises and was a bit different. I watched the "International" version, and although there was ample nudity, the sex was to a degree muted. There was one instance of some groping that was somewhat explicit, but was central to the overall storyline and definately not gratuitous. It is not for everyone, but for those who like a quirky little film with a pretty decent storyline, they might find it worth a watch. I would rent it before deciding to add it to your library though. Charlie S.

5.0 out of 5 stars Delirium when you're near, May 11, 2008

This is Euro-trash at it's 100% finest. There are two versions of the film on the dvd...the original subtitled version being the best and the sexually graphic sickest of the two.
