We have a linen roller that uses a lot of heat to press the wrinkles out. Sometimes the belts come loose and we need to bond the rubber back together. EPA is cracking down and this is the only adhesive that will work. The new replacement glues EPA approved, fall apart and fail frequently! Don't know what we will do when this stuff is finally gone!

Got this to replace the weatherstripping on my 1955 Old 88 trunk lid. The regular yellow weatherstrip adhesive takes to long to cure, tne rubber has to be held in position for about 30 minutes. With the 1300 this is not a problem, in fact ypu have to work quick because it holds in about4-5 minutes. But if needed you can still make small movements foe about 20 minutes. Fully cured in about 2 hours...and it HOLDS TIGHT.

I bought this product to finish up the work on my boats outdrive. The repair manual called for it specifically. It is "one sticky" substance and worked very well.
If something that you are repairing calls for this product specificly I would probably use this adhesive. I considered other adhesives but after using this 3m product I can see why it is suggested to be used.

After I used this not only on the toilet neoprene gasket but on other washers the leaking finally stopped (in time for the holidays when several houseguests were arriving) and the toilet stopped leaking. Yay!

I did my own dryer repair. This glue is what is needed to attach a new door gasket. It cures right and handles the heat. It works great, but now I have a large tube of the stuff.
