My doc wanted me to start Iron tabs after my last set of labs showed I was low. I worried, because taking Iron can cause stomach/digestion issues. A health foods store recommended this brand because they said it won't cause those issues and I haven't had a moment's problem. I've been using them 3 months now with no adverse side effects.

The best iron tablet that does not make you constipated. The Doc told me to slowly work my way up to 6 pills a day and I am just amazes that I do not have any constipation issues.

I had high hopes for this product as I had read many reviews on it and others had personally told me they had benefitted. It is supposed to be easily absorbed but I it did not raise my iron level even after 6 month's worth of use. I switched to RAW iron and it is working.

I worried because iron makes me very constipated and when a friend told me to try "chelated iron" I wasn't too sure but hey I like to explore and I went ahead and order these. since I starred taking them I'm okay with my bowel and I don't experience any constipation at all......if you don't believe what I'm saying just try it out for yourself. trying is believing....
Also this product was very affordable as compare to the others that I know off.....i'm ordering more pretty soon

I ordered these as the iron.was.chelated. Not all that easy to find in a conventional pharmacy. Price.was good. I buy chelated iron only and usually at a.brick n mortar store. This was.bought in a pinch.
