I like this vanillin, it's just like the stuff that we used at home when I was a child. It's fresh.
However, for such a tiny amount it's kind of expensive. It's just basically white sugar with vanilla fragrance. The shipment is free though, so it's not too bad.
I am thinking about purchasing vanilla beans and making my own vanilla sugar or vanilla tincture.
But anyway, service was very nice, shipment was fast, packaging was neat. The vendor is reliable. Thank you!

i used to use it for many years in another country , I couldn't find it in any store so I order it online, it is more expensive that I used to buy, but, still I recommend it,the scent is the original , the flavor is very good there is no bitter test as it happen sometimes when u use the liquid vanilla , but it is expensive.

I was very happy to find this for my mom. She has always used the Dr. Oetker line of products and swears by the success of her baked goods because of them. This Vanilla Sugar is wonderful. I've been missing vanilla sugar ever since I moved to the U.S. from Europe some 11 years ago. The only sad thing is that it took me like ten years to even search for it on Amazon! Vanilla sugar provides a very sweet, soft vanilla flavor to the item you use it in. It's great to use with anything that you may want vanilla in: baked items, candies, whipped cream, homemade ice cream, tea, coffee, pudding, etc. The vanilla extracts commonly used here in the States are stronger, not to mention that to me, they have a very distinct hint of alcohol. Not surprising, since vanilla extract are usually made by percolating vanilla beans in a solution of ethanol and water. It's just a question of preference, but I cannot stand the vanilla extracts available here due to this. So I was very, very happy to find this vanilla sugar!
