Reason for buying:
I decided to buy this product because I wanted to experience the numerous health benefits that a significant amount of people have experienced.

Health benefits of White Tea:
- Contains a significant amount of Antioxidants
- Inhibits the growth of cancer cells
- Lowers blood pressure
- Lowers cholesterol
- Heart protecting properties
- Strengthens bones
- Has Antibacterial and Antiviral properties
- Maintains healthy teeth and gums
- Improves skin quality
- Reduces blood sugar

Personal research:
Having conducted a significant amount of research into White Tea, I came up with a very specific requirement list that had to be fully met:

- Organic
- Unbleached
- Fairtrade standard
- Natural ingredients
- Contains no additives or preservatives
- Grown in such a way that preserves the natural balance of the environment and will sustain people, wildlife and the land for future.

Taste:
When I first tried this product I did not like the taste at all because I had been so used to drinking normal tea and coffee. However after about 3-4 cups, my body became used to the taste and I now have it 3 times a day. I like my tea strong so many will find that they will have to add 2 bags instead of 1.
Although this is not the tastiest from all the flavours that clipper make (Wild berry, strawberry, detox & Acai Berry being the tastiest by far) it does offer one of the highest number of health benefits, most notably the highest amount of antioxidants from all the herbal teas.
It makes an excellent substitute for normal coffee or tea at any time of day.

I usually put 2 tea bags in together filled up only to 1/2 a cup.Read more ›
