As a grad student who works full time AND volunteers, this bag is indispensable! It has a great side pocket for my laptop (the envy of all who see it), a roomy main compartment, and lots of side pockets, including one for a cell phone, and one for a water bottle - even a fat water bottle fits in here. The wheels are silent, and the retractable push-pull handle is good, though it does sometimes retract when I don't want it to - usually fixed by a quick tug. This is the only work/school bag I will ever own. I have had it for almost two years, and it has worn great. My only suggestion would be that they combine all these features with a little more feminine look (color, shape). A must-have for the pro on the go (wow - they should hire me to write their ads!)

I love this bag! It is so much more than I expected. The padded side laptop compartment allows fast access to my laptop. This bag is the perfect way to store all of my supplies in an orderly manner. The huge water bottle pocket is definitely a plus!! It is easy to pull and the handle is the perfect height.

I travel a lot and this is by far the best bag I've ever had.

I travel with a CPAP, Laptop and bunch of items (camera, PSP, Ipod, Noise Canelling Headphones, converters, etc.)

Everything fits perfect.

The bag has two issues:
1.- It doesn't fit in small planes like Continental Express or American Eagle.
2,. The quality on the zippers could be better.
