This stuff is pretty good. I've used it to add lemon flavor to salad dressings, drinks and desserts when I don't have
fresh lemons. It's not as lemony as a real lemon, even though its concentrated, but it's a LOT
better than the icky tasting lemon juice they sell in those plastic lemons. If you don't have fresh lemons,
this is the way to go.
