One pie later, and much less non-stick coating. The berry pie drippings caramelized onto the sheet- which caught the drippings nicely. But, when washed- the oven guard the coating peeled up with the caramel. We'll still use it, but I suspect its life is going to be very short lived.

If you bake pies, this is a must. Saves cleaning your oven from over fill spills. So happy to find this product. I had an old one Have used it for years, still good. Needed another one , so now I can bake 2 pies at a time. Also bought one for my girlfriend who started baking rubarb pies for her dad.

Very flimsy..I wish I had the one my Grandma used to have--I can still remember her using it as if it were yesterday, and that was 14 years ago! But am not surprised as , sadly, "good quality products" are on a downhill slide in this country.

I bake a lot of pies and use these all the time. My last one was very old and ugly. I could not fine them locally at any of the kitchen type stores. I was very glad that I finally was able to get some. I ordered three. Thank you Amazon.

I suppose this will do the job. However, i had one and assumed these were the same quality...
This one is much flimsier. I lift the heavy pie dishes out of the oven on mine and i am not sure these will hold up to that. But arrived on time and will keep for lighter dishes.

I have an oven guard that belonged to my mother. When I saw these on Amazon I was excited to buy them for my daughter who loves to bake berry pies. I must say I was pleased to see a non-stick surface when ordering. When I received the package, however; I was disappointed in the quality. These are very flimsy compared to my guard. I intend to give them to my daughter to see how they function, but I am not impressed so far.

The Norpro seemed flimsy, but I baked a 10" blueberry pie (using a heavy Emile Henry deep pie dish), and it held up fine. No drips either, because the hole is the right size (unlike the "Nifty Oven Guard" which was more money and sturdier, but still allowed drips to overflow).

The non-stick surface didn't peel off either, btw.
