The phone does hold a good signal and is easy to use-those are the only good things I can say about it. The plastic faceplate has started to crack in both upper corners-as did the side rails. This phone has never been dropped or suffered an impact. When I contacted Blackberry to inquire as to availibility of a replacement faceplate I was told they would not "deal with me" as I was an ATT customer. Blackberry did offer to replace it at a cost nearly 200 more than I bought the phone for-or for 300 they would refurbish mine!!! ATT stated since I had "damaged" the phone I had also voided my warranty with them. Do some checking online-you will find the cracking faceplace is a common problem. Neither company was willing to help in any way. In the end I had to buy a faceplace on Ebay and find out how to install it on Youtube. For the price of a 20 piece of plastic (I'm sure it costs Blackberry much less) both ATT and Blackberry have lost any further business of mine. I can only hope others read this-do further checking online and take their business elsewhere as well.
