I'm pretty loyal to NOW brand but I had to return my order due to these things being so difficult to get down. They're small, round pills but they're also chalky with jagged, sticky edges - making them easy to get caught on your throat while swallowing.

I love NOW products but 'Im afraid that I have a hard time swallowing this particular supplement. It almost seems like they should be in a capsule rather than a fairly large rough tablet. Not sure what I'm going to do with the remaining supply.

So I've never had any problems swallowing pills, can swallow handfuls of large pills at a time. But these are hard to get down. I manage but will probably try something different next time. I started taking these because I bruise really easily and thought the Vitamin K supplements might help. I have noticed less bruising.

My most help is to balance my ph, so I take Prelief (sold on Amazon) 2 before a meal or drinks :) Thank you for selling these two items Amazon! I also heard that this is a good duo for anyone who has gout! My son has gout, ran out of his rx...I gave him a ziplock bag with both of these inside the bag.
