I like it. Seems to ward off the cold if you catch it soon enough. Tastes awful. One thing to note, it does cause slight stomach issues. Also, if you are prone to nose bleeds, I would avoid this product. My son had terrible nosebleeds from using this product at the beginning of his cold.
