An unnecessary spurge worth ever cent!!!

CliffsNotes version for those ADD types...
This is a great product that works very well and worth the cost.

Longer Version...
the Seed Super Gold Eraser is one of my unnecessary splurges in life that I do not attempt to justify, I simply enjoy using it. I am generally very disciplined financially and I avoid unnecessary expenses. However, my writing, stationary and journaling supplies are the one of the areas that I will endulge myself. It is not that the Supe Gold Eraser works ten times better than a seventy five cent eraser (although it does work better) or that a Black Wing 602 works that much better than a twenty five cent pencil. The point is, the experience that exceptionally well made items provide while I am using them ia all the justification I need. If you are the type of person that uses Clairefontaine or Rhodia paper because you love the velvety smooth texture you feel as you write with your pen or pencil, then you will enjoy the quality and attention to detail the Japanse give in making the Seed Super Gold Eraser.

From the beautiful box and packaging to the embossed and fitted brass sleeve around the eraser, this product exudes quality. From a practical standpoint, which is not nearly as fun, the eraser works better than any I have tried. For some of my work I need to use a very soft lead which makes a think dark line on the paper and the Super Gold eraser does a great job of removing the lead/graphite and leaving and clean patch of paper for you to start over with. Great product I enjoy using, if this is the kind of thing you are into, buy it and enjoy it you will not regret it.
