I was initially very pleased with this backpack. I love the style, but the quality is pretty awful. One of the plastic adjusting straps broke just a couple weeks after I got it. I tried to submit feedback on it, but accidentally put it as negative seller feedback which was removed instead of directing me to post it as item feedback. It held up for about 8 months more before the zipper came un-stitched.
