Amazing vocals ( in the ROGERS / DEWAR legue of vocalists )....amazing songs.......amazing guitar playing......this cd delivers on every front and is close to an all time classic......if ZITO was a high profile artist, this would be hailed as a masterpiece......if you are after great blues / rock with outstanding guitar playing as well as the stupendous cover of LITTLE RED CORVETTE, this is a NO BRAINER....doesn't get any better than this......I hope ZITO's troubles are behind him as he could be a major influence in music if given enough exposure.......buy this cd now....you'll be sooo glad you did

I own two other of Mike's CD's but I must say this one by far is his best! It has a little different flair from his other music, it's a little more on the Pop/Rock side than traditional blues but every song is GREAT!! I think some of these songs could be big hits on the radio.

My favorites include: Love Like This, Superman, Holding out for love, Little Red Corvette, Universe, Slow it Down, Today, and Time to Go Home ( I know it's practically the whole CD!). Zito is an amazing guitarist and shows off a little bit of his talent on Universe - what a great tune! He also has some awesome vocals like in Time to Go Home. Like another reviewer - I keep playing this CD over & over. Buy it - you won't be disappointed!

If you ever get to see Zito live - be sure to catch his show. He will wow you will his Jimmy Hendrix covers. Sometimes he will play with his tongue or behind his head....a truly awesome performance!

This CD is a must have in my opinion. I've listened to it nearly everyday since I've had it. It's so good, I purchased several copies for friends. They all tell me that they love it and haven't taken it out of their CD player. There are some GREAT new songs on this album. This guy is as good as it gets. He does it all VERY well. The cover of the Prince tune works real nice on this disc. The rest are updated versions from Zito's self produced CD's. This all-star band and producers for this album are all top notch. BUY THIS CD!!!............Dabluzman

I like his voice, and his emotion is there even w/o screaming. The sonics are pretty good - not as compressed as most recordings and resolution & openess are good.

I really like his version or Little Red Corvette - a more laid back jazz or bluesy version than the Prince recording. Judge for youself with the samples provide on Amazon.

First heard heard Mike Zito as an opening act for Tab Benoit.
Impressed with his cover of Hendrix I purchased this album and can not stop listening to it over and over and over. He has become one of my favorite listens. And also rates as one of the finest live acts I have seen.

Mike Zito has put together a solid album with several songs that would be perfect for most playlists.
I kept hearing his songs on Sirius/XM and each time would perk-up and listen to them all the way through. I finally purchased the album and so glad I did. I would recommend it highly.
