I love Frooties Tootsie Rolls, but the ones I received from Amazon were hard as a rock. Frooties are fruit flavored Tootsie Rolls and they come in a variety of fruity goodness. I like all of the Frooties flavors and tend to prefer them over the chocolate version. The only thing I didn't like was how hard and difficult to chew the ones I received from Amazon were. It was kind of frustrating to nearly break off a tooth for something that is supposed to be kind of squishy. However, the expense and time involved would have been too much. I found that if I carried them around in my pocket, then tended to warm and were eventually a bit more malleable allowing me to chew them. Just not how they are supposed to be. These are like Frooties Jerky. I'm a prime member and I love Amazon but BOO for this item via mail order.

Of all the *Frooties* flavors I prefer the grape, blue raspberry and strawberry. I know everyone has different tastes but these three are my favs. I bought an assorted bag and found the green apple so sour I couldn't eat them, same with strawberry/lemonade. This particular purchase was at a great price and due to it being prime it came super fast.

I remember these as a kid. Sought them out, bought this bag and promptly ate them all in an hour. Well, maybe a couple weeks. But, yummy, they're so good. Put them in a bowl at work, near our front door. Then, promptly got several visitors hooked on them. One man spit his out. He was a major outlier in my little taste experiment. Go for it! They're good. And if you remember Hubba Bubba bubble gum, it's like the grape gum - except you can eat it over and over!
