I like the soft close feature, but both the seat and lid are flimsy. I weigh 185 lbs and if I sit on the lid when it's closed, it dents in and shifts on the seat. Overall it seems like this seat and lid isn't made with quality material and long lasting durability in mind. I expect more from a toilet seat and lid that is priced this high. I ended up returning it.
