The Kitchen Plus 2000 is one of the most used, valuable tools in our busy kitchen. We bought our first one 4 1/2 years ago and have used it 2-5 times weekly since then. I'm buying a second now because our is finally showing signs of wear and we don't want to go without.

I have a big garden and the Kitchen Plus is my tool of choice for making "Nathan's Famous Salsa" (chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers, and cilantro - all in the Kitchen Plus). We use it for mincing onions all of the time, there's no faster way to make them into small pieces without liquifying anything. It's also easy to clean. I have recommended the Kitchen Plus to all of our friends and will continue to do so.

Of course there's always room for improvement - they should make the frame out of stainless steel so that it would never wear out.

Kitchen Plus 2000

We originally saw this being sold at NY State Fair. We purchsed it through Amazon for our son and daughter-in-law for Christmas as their old salsa maker wasn't functioning properly (due to some warping problem). They say they like it.

I love this thing! I use it for everything. It's super easy to clean, and use! I think every kitchen should have one!
