Hi I am going to hopefully add some pictures between the 90 capsule USA version and the 150 capsule Canada version.
1 capsule of the Canada=2 capsules of the USA
Canada recommends you take 7 capsules (yes they are bigger than the USA) with water in the morning on a empty stomach.
USA recommends you take 2-4 (remember the are half the dose of Canada) capsules on an empty stomach. May take up to 12 capsules per day.

Canada:$32.99 ($0.22/capsule) for 150 capsules
USA: $28.99 ($0.32/capsule) for 90 capsules
Personally I prefer the Canada pills and the only difference I have noticed (besides size and cost and dosage) is that you can get the USA ones to your house a few days earlier...even on Prime (which I have).
So if you already buy the product and like it then check out the cheaper Canada one.
I do like the product and personally I would rather take 7 large capsules in the morning on empty stomach as I NEVER remember to take pills later on an empty stomach...I have ADD. Nope not going to happen.
I have noticed that I have a lot LESS intestinal gas when I am on this product and I am not bloated as much. I do have to keep up with drinking water though.
