I'm a senior citizen and I think my penis skin is probably thinner and more sensitive than that of younger men. This device is about the right fit for my penis (1.5" diameter), not too loose and not too tight, but it is a bit too firm for my skin, even when properly lubed (I need to go for 30-45 minutes before I ejaculate so I really need a device that is very gentle on the skin). Let me first start off by saying this is nothing compared to fleshlight. However, it's not supposed to be as it's much much cheaper. My only complaint is it's not very long and the 2 different ribs on each side feels sort of weird. If you're desperate for something like this for cheap it's a decent buy though. If you're looking for the time of your life spend a little more and get a fleshlight. They're well worth it.
